Area: 60x40 (Goal Zone: 40x40, Possession Zone: 20x20)
- All restarts with the possessing team (surrounding the area closest to server) using neutrals to keep the ball (4v4+2)
- Defending team (Red) looks to win the ball and go to goal using the neutrals making it 7v6
- If counter-press is broken, the team now defending the goal has to find the server to restart play.
- Play 4 min games and switch roles - lowest score owes someting!
Coaching Points:
*When Possessing Team loses it:
- On the ball: 2 closest = ball-oriented forcing outside.
- Around the ball: tighly mark the next closest passing opportunities.
- Away from the ball: CB's bully the striker, sideways on, etc.

6v6: Field: 50x30 Four 5 minute games with 2 mins rest between games
**Uninterupted Play: Coach within the run of play only. No stoppages. Keep balls available for restarts.
- Attack in a 2-1-2
- Defend in a 2-2-1
- Emphasize Ball-oriented defender's responsibilities when losing it based on support/location of the field and how that relates to defenders around and away from the ball.
NOTE: Inactive players should be doing fitness specific to game demands on the side. Make sure to switch players in and out between each game and not during.
*** Make sure to lead team through a proper cool down to end training.
