SESSION: The game starts with 1v1 inside the field. On the outside of cones & sidelines are the rest of teammates waiting to receive the ball and enter the game creating an overload of 2v1 or 3v2..The team waiting behind the cones aim to score, while the team on the sidelines aim to defend, if they win posession the other team loses one player and the ball restarts with the attacking player.
COACHING POINTS: Communication & information about who wants to get a pass.
Take advantage of the overload when attacking and defending.
PSYCHOSOCIAL: Talking to the player with the ball.

SESSION: 4v4 with one team aiming to dribble the ball onto the scoring zone, the other aiming to score a goal When this happens they switch roles.
COACHING POINTS: Blocking an opponent
Communication and helping to win the ball
PSYCHOSOCIAL: Score by passing to a teammate who can have a better chance to score.

Trap the mouse (10 mins)
SESSION: Two groups where one will be the mouses and the other cats. The aim for the mouse is to cross the line without getting tagged. Once this happens, the mouse becomes cat and joins other line. Later for progression, introduce soccer balls to mouse, the aim will be to cross the line with the cheese (ball) without gatting tagged. Later two players from each team can go at a time.
COACHING POINTS: Low center when trying to block spaces for the mouse to escape
Many small switch of directions, feints to trick the cat
