Line 1
The circuit starts with the first player in Line 1 performing a box jump over both the large hurdles. S/he then collect the soccer ball, dribble towards the goal and shoot from just outside the box. Turn and prepare to play with Line 2.

Line 2
Defender A starts the slalom as Player 1 approaches the box for his/her shot. Player 2 starts with Player 1. Sprint over the small hurdles, collect a ball and play a 2v1 against Defender A. In this example a simple give-and-go creates enough space for a shot to be taken. After the shot, all players prepare for third phase.

Line 3
Player 3 also starts as the same time as Players 1 & 2. Run forward from the large cone around the first disc. Run backwards from the disc to the next large cone. Then s/he springs in and out of the 4 discs in front. Run and touch large cone to the right, back up to the disc, run and touch large cone to the left, back up to the disc once more. By this time, Lines 1 & 2 are finished and ready.
Defender B runs into the box to join the exercise. We now play a 3v2.

Line 4
Player 4 has to be conscious of timing. If s/he starts too soon they will be standing waiting to cross the ball. Encourage them to start when the 3v2 does.
Player 4 box jumps over the 2 large hurdles, runs through the slalom, plays a give and go with the coach 'C' and crosses the ball into the box where the 3 attackers and 2 defenders are waiting to receive/shoot/clear.
The Setup
This view shows the setup for this circuit. The follwing slides shows the role of each line. In order to prevent confusion and players running all through the exercise, have each player return to the back of their line after the phase has come to an end. After your chosen amount of time switch the lines along one so that each player can try each section of the circuit.
Lines 1 through 3 all start at the same time. Line 4 starts as soon as the 3v2 begins.
This drill works best with at least 2 coaches present, preferably 3.
Defenders' starting points will be explained during the following slides.
