Free kick: Numbers 2 and 3 inblue run blocks on the 2 defenders , number 4 comes running from a wide angle to receive ball from number 5 and take a shot in goals. Its important that number 5 waits for the blocking runs to take place and only then gives the ball to number 5 (use the 4 seconds). All moves need to be syncronised an repetition is key. Please note it works better inside the 10 meter mark
