Ball Carry on the Left Hand Side of the Field:
One team starts by attacking the turned around goal, while the other team is defending the turned around goal.
If the defending team wins the ball in the field of play, they are looking to pass to their teammate in the green shaded area, which switches them to the team that gets to attack the turned around goal leaving the other team to defend the turned around goal.
Players in the green zone are allowed to pass or carry into the field of play. If they carry into the field of play, a teammate must replace them in the green zone.
Ability to attack the turned around goal switches as much as the defending team wins possession in the field of play & passes to their teammate in the green zone.
To score, hands apart finish.
