Athletic Development (10 mins)
THE SESSION: The players run around the circle and wait for the coaches command.
- The coach will shout a colour cone and the players must react and pick that colour cone up and hold it above their head.

NUMBERS GAME (15 mins)
THE SESSION: (Mirrored on both sides of pitch)
Each Player has a number (1-5 IN EXAMPLE), the coach (C) shouts out a number and passes the ball onto the pitch. The players now play against each other and try to score past the oppositions GK.

THE SESSION:
Players stand in two groups, one player comes out of each group and follows the lines of movements to shoot at the goal

Fun Finish (10 mins)
THE SESSION:
The players have to run to the opposite white line and dodge the ball from the servers. If a ball hits a player then the player becomes the server. play until you have a winner.
