Play starts with a GK - has to play into the back half of the pitch.
Front 3 defend the outside of the centre circle.
One forward in the other half can move into the centre circle to receive - their first touch is free and a defender is not allowed in.
If they are found they then play 3v2 in that half.
If the defenders win the ball the front 3 can't press - have to defend the centre circle.
Possible outcomes/focuses:
GK and back 2 identifying when to penetrate and when to keep it and how to create penetration.
Compact block of the 3.
Exploiting the 3v2 - create 2v1 around the ball
Defending when outnumbered
