Coach passes the ball to any player in any of the 4 outside grids (yellow in example)
As soon as coach plays the ball, a player from the defending team (green) can go and try and win the ball.
The two other yellow players must immediately run to that grid and help keep possession for 5 passes minimum.
Any players from different teams must get out of that grid into a grid where there is no-one else on their team (Blue in example).

Once 5 passes have been made, play can be transferred to a different grid and to a different team. Their players must then rush to help them and a new defender goes in to try and tackle.
Players who are not in possession spread out into grids making sure there is only 1 of each team per grid.
If ball in won by defending team, play starts again from coach after players have spread out again.
Play continues until all 3 defenders have been in first twice or 5 balls have been won.
Then change defending team.
