Coaching Points: 2 touch / 1 touch [High Tempo]

  • Transition to shoot game: 5v5+5
  • Quick Tempo + win possession attack goal.
  • GK serves in / team that scores keep possession of serve.
  • 3 Teams- 5v5 Inside (5 players on outside- in possession)
  • Can do 5-minute rounds and Rotate teams OR if the Blue team scores other Red switches out with Black on a quick defensive Transition. {The scoring team stays in}.
  • 3 points = goal..
  • 1 point = hit target..
  • {If Smaller numbers can reduce the size of the playing area}
