Screen 1 (10 mins)

Start Warm-Up Ex :

1) 2 Lines - Red and Blue . After call coach "go" , players run to the cones and make warm-up ex , next call coach "green' or "yellow" , players make sprint to smal "green" or " yellow" cones , touch the cone and backwords run to start line ;

a) Jump on the toys , (face to face , back to back) , Side move on spot , Side move around cones , Higth nies , Touch hiels

Screen 2 (10 mins)

1. Dribling to the cone;

2. Trick Scissors :

a) rigth foot ;

b) left foot ;

3. Drible to corner cone ;

4. Control the ball side move Roll the Ball :

a) Rigth foot ;

b) Left foot .

Screen 3 (10 mins)

1. Drible to the cone ;

2. Trick Scissors to rigth side ;

3. Pass to partner on the corner cone ( passing stile - inside step , accuracy graund the ball) ;

4. After pass , sprint to the cone on the corner ;

5. Players who staying in the corner , moment when partner passit to him , step forvard and recive the ball

before cone !

6. After that control the ball , dribling around the cone to start position.;

P.S. The same ex for left foot !

3. Shooting in smal goal;

4. Get a ball go to the start line.

1. Coach passing to center field ;

2. Two first player in the lines sprint to the ball ;

3. Player who be first on ball , who win the ball , make TRICK ("scissors") and have a chance score oponents goal ;

4. Player who lose the ball emedatly start play defensive stile and don't give chance oponents player score ;

5. Shoting on goal .
