Gauntlet wave game.


Theme is attacking with purpose but at speed.


Grid will be 20M X 30M.


Rules

1. Coach will dictacte the numbers from each team by calling out the numbers of attackers from both teams. This could be 1V1 2V3. The coach will play the ball into the middle.

2. Players will have to run from the centre to start the wave behind the goal they are defending.

3. The team who gets the ball first has the opportunity to attack. With the other side defending the goal. With the chance to turn defence into attack at pace.


Targets

1. 1 Goal for scoring.

2. 1 Goal for scoring, an extra goal for doing it under 10 seconds. (The further this goes along the time will be reduced).

3. 1 Goal for scoring, an extra goal for turning defence into attack and scoring from this.

Competition 

- The game will be for the keepers. Forfeit for who keeps the least goals out of the net.

- A forfeit for the team with the least amount of goals at the end of the game.
