Two shooting zones 20 metres long 15 metres wide. Shooting zone five metres from goal identified by red flat discs
Players to dribble towards goal and shoot before reaching red line (5 metres from goal). After shooting player to retrieve ball and join line towards other goal, creating rotation through excercise.
Emphasis on shooting technique, area of foot striking ball, standing foot and body position.
Progression, add defender in the red zone to protect the goal, and challenge striker to be creative to create space to shoot.
