Learning Outcomes:
All activities have an element of technique, tactics, physicality and social skills. One of these areas should be the focus for a session.
1. I am focusing on the social skills, specifically the communication skills.
2. Create a higher level of trust between teammates that don't normally socialize together.
3. Give players a better understanding of how to communicate with teammates in a soccer setting (concise, specific, loud).

Organization:
-2 teams.
-9 rings to make tic tac toe board.
-6 pinnies (3 each color)
Instructions:
-One player from each team races to place a pinnie in a ring. If there is no winner and there are no more pinnies, players can move one of their pinnies until there is a winner.
-Must high five before next player can go.
Coaching Points:
-Think ahead.
-Help your teammates.
-Quick reactions.
Progressions:
-All but one player blind. One player is the conductor and must tell the players how to move.
Regressions:
-One player from each team at a time goes.

Organization:
-2 Teams.
Instructions:
-Coach chooses a player to lead the team. The leader is the only player allowed to talk.
-Coach calls a letter. Player must get in the shape of the letter. First team in shape wins.
-Change leaders.
Coaching Points:
-Encourage the leader to be LOUD, SPECIFIC, QUICK.
Regressions:
-All playerd can talk.

Organization:
-Teams of three. On player on each team has their eyes covered.
-6 cones for each team are scttered around the area.
Instructions:
-Blind player must collect all cones and bring back to teammates to win the game. Teammates must instruct from a far.
Coaching Points:
-Short concise info. Specific. Work together with teammates to be effective.
Progressions:
-Limit words.

Organization:
-5v5+1(2 targets for each teams).
-Large square area.
Instructions:
-Score by passing to target a player. Score again by passing to opposite target player.
-If your team loses possession you can score with either target.
-Grey scores east and west. Red scores north and south.
-Target player can dribble or pass in and must switch with the player who passed to him.
Coaching Points:
-Angles of supports as the ball is moving.
-Option A, B, C.
Progressions:
-No pinnies, all players wear the same color. Identify teammates by communicating.
-No talking - reintroduce talking.
-Romove the neutral player.
-Score a point by connecting with both targets.
-Anyone can switch with target after a pass.
Regressions:
-Less players.

Juggling (15 mins)
Organization:
-1 Ball per player.
Instructions:
-Juggling to beat personal high score. When coach shouts "juggle off", players must find a partner and compete to see who can get the highest score in one minute.
-You must count your juggles out loud while juggling. LOUD!
-Repeat every few minutes changing partners.
-Ball must start on the ground.
Coaching Points:
-Toe down to create a flat surface.
-Less spin the better.
Progression:
-Alternating feet.
