5v5/4v4/6v6 depending on numbers with GKS.
If no GKs or only 1, use small sided goals one end for the team defending without a GK

Rotation 1:
1 plays to 2, who opens up and plays to 3. With a forward touch out of the feet finished in the small goal. Follow your pass, 3 joins the first cone next to the goal. Have 4 players so 4th play can play immediately to build intensity.
Coaching Points:
Touch out of your feet
Inside of the foot pass
Open body shape
Head up
Check off the cone
Work both sides for left and right foot
Variations:
Check away to come short (Player 2/3)
One two between player 3 & 2 round the top cone before a finish.
Player 2 bounces back to player 1 who plays long to 3 for a finish or one-two with 2.
Player 2 comes short, miss him out and player 1 goes straight to player 3, who plays a one-two with player 2 who has spun and supported, then finish.
