Shot Circuit: We make 3 groups and make a circiut.
The players with number 1 start to Rwb and make Shot befor to the cones line.
Variant: The second Rwb and play 1 vs 1.
Variant: The player 2 Dibble cones and Shot and after swap line.
Coaching Points:
1. Get your body in a position to strike the ball,
2. Angled approach,
3. non-kicking foot beside the ball,
4. Head over the ball,
5. select surface & strike: E.g. Laces, inside. Follow through, Aim low across goal (accuracy), decision.

Shot and 1 vs 1 :
1. Red and blue players to Rwb in direction of the center in the same time and turn around to the ball and dribble and finish the action with shot in the goal.
Variant: after the shot the players play 1 vs 1 with the ball in the center of the pitch.
Coaching Points:
