Description

Activation and Mobility

The warm-up focuses on activation and mobility through a structured 10-minute routine. Players work in two lines using cones to guide light jogging, dynamic stretches, partner-assisted mobility work, balance drills, and basic plyometrics. The aim is to gradually raise heart rate, improve flexibility, and prepare the body for training while reinforcing proper posture, balance, and controlled movement to prevent injury.
