cone 1:
Receive a ball from coach and you "take on" the defender/cone and take a shot
Immediately drop to receive next pass
Cone 2: after first player shoots, we are performing a "give and go" around the #2 red Cone. Shoot BEFORE the penalty spot. after your shot, you immediately defend a 1v1
Cone 3: once player 2 shoots, Immediately attack the goal 1v1 and try to score.
