GRID: See shaded grid. 3v3 each outside channel: (8,3,9 v 2,4,6) and (8,2,9 v 3,5,6) w/ attacking (10) for numerical superiority going to goal
Attacking shape based on 4-1-3-2
FOCUS:
Create 2v1: Underlapping or Overlapping run.
3 Man Combo: FB > 9 > 8 in behind & 9 In Behind
Movement of (2) 9's and 10.
Switch Sides to begin sequence on opposite side.
Instructions:
1) Ball starts with coach to be played into (6).
2) (6) begins sequence by passing to either 8: Left or Right Side.
3) The (9) & CB whose side the ball is not played to are only involved for the cross.
4) **If defensive team wins balls in 3V3 grid they can score in SS Goals.
5) Attacking team can counter-press and immediately release an (8) to begin 2v1 in wide area.
PROGRESSION:
A) Play back to (6) to Change Point of Attack > opposite FB in behind using WEDGES for the run.
IDP OBJECTIVE: Increase chances created from WIDE PLAY COMBINATIONS BETWEEN 8's / FB's / 9's
**STRIKERS: Far post striker attacks NEAR post & near post striker peels around to attack FAR post.
