Setup: 7v5 or 6v4. One large goal; 1 mini goal. Focus coaching on defending center midfielders.
Concept: GK always feeds ball to attackers; 3 Center Midfielders must defend. If win possession, then shoot on big goal.
Coaching Points: HCMs must stay connected with ACM. When is the best time to apply pressure but stay connected at the same time? When do LM and RM apply pressure or hold back to stay compact? What should the HCM do when play is on the outside flanks?
