Players 1, 2 and 3 make a run into the box P3 is the defender P1 and P2 are the attackers. P4 crosses the ball in, as soon as the ball is in the goal or out of bounds players 1, 2 and 3 sprint to the opposite goal and player 5 crosses a new ball in. The drill is repeated with a new team and crosses come from the opposite side.
