SET UP
Area used 30 x 20 metres marked by 4 cones, (this could be make bigger or smaller to make the drill easier or harder depending how the players are doing)
2 teams
4 x blue players and 4 x red player
4 yellow bibs that support the team in possession of the ball.
INSTRUCTIONS
The aim of the drill is to get from one side of the allocated pitch to the other without the other team getting possession of the ball passing the ball a min of 5 times. 2 of each colour blue and red are at opposite ends starting and finishing the passing moves.
You are able to use the the yellow bibs to help accumulate the 5 passes.
If you make it to to the other end you get a point and try to return to the other end with the min 5 passes.
If the other team win the ball they can get a point by going to either end, as long as they pass min 5 times.
If the ball goes dead from a stray pass going outside the box and not to another player, the coach feeds a ball in quickly to keep the drill going
After so many points or after a pre-set time swap over the positions so everyone gets a go of playing in the centre and on the outside,
