Set up 2 attackers vs 1 goalkeeper with 3 gates set up.
attacker starts with ball and plays bounce pass with attacker and then looks to dribble through a gate and score a goal.

Set up 15 x 30 area with side gates and 2 v 1 in bottom half and 1 v 1 in attacking half. ball starts in 2 v 1 and look to dribble through a side gate into final third to create a 2 v 1 and score, if defenders win the ball they play the ball into the blue defender in bottom half and dribble over line. Play to ball limit or goals then rotate roles.

Technical Warm Up:

5 minutes - ball manipulation warm up individually
One group start in goal with others unopposed possession - can challenge or condition on number of passes and shot at goal. Each player must shoot and start cycle.
Play to time limit or goals and rotate.
Progress: one team can defend or three team possession to goals after pass limit.
