Organization
- Players in teams of 3 or 4
- Field 20x30
- End zone at each end of the field 7 yards
Activity
- 3v3 or 4v4 in the central area
- one attacker and one defender allowed in the end zone once the ball goes in
- Play 1v1 to score at either end

- Be positive to get into the end zones
- Be creative
- Be direct
- Use body to unbalance defender
- Ball tight in tight areas

Organization
- Two 20 x 30 Fields side by side with small nets at opposite ends on each pitch
- Each field split in 3 with a line 8 and 16 yards from goal
- One defender on each side of the field
- Defender starts on the 8 yards line and defends up to the 16 yard line
- Attackers begin at the opposite end to the goal on each side of the field
Activity
- Attacker begins the practice by stepping out from teh end line
- The defender is now free to step in to the box and start to close down
- The attacker must now beat the defender get past teh 8 yard line and score
- The defender will then turn to face the next attacker
- The attacker will move to the other side of the field and try to beat the other defender
Progression
- If the defender wins the ball the attacker stays as the defender andthe defender moves to the next line
- Make it competitive through players counting how many goals they score

- Be efficient drive in to space once created

Activity
- Small sided game with the emphasis on going 1v1 against the defemnder when possible and making good decisions on when to take this option.
Emphasis
- Promote being positive and running at defenders 1v1
- Awareness of when and where

- Keep the ball tight in tight areas
- Use the space and big touches in big spaces
Warm Up (15 mins)
Organization
- Players in pairs line up opposite eachother in teh middle of a 20x30 box
- One ball between the pair
- Pairs stand around 3 yards apart
Activity
- The players begin by throwing the ball to eachother over 3 yards
- On the coaches go the player with the ball spins and attempts to get to the end line behind them before they are tagged by their partner
- If they make the line they get a point if they get tagged then the tagger gets the point
Progression
- After 5-6 goes change the way they move the ball to passing two touch, thsi time the player with the ball when go is called leaves the ball turns and runs to the line. all other rules reamin the same

- The player on the ball when go is called spins and takes the ball with them
