- on the coaches command 1 player from each team Sprints from A to B around the cone and down to cone C then zig zags up to D and back down to C then up and around E and sprints to the finish line F

FIRST SEQUENCE
- The 2 players on each end with a ball each
-player 1 passes first time to the middle player who bounce passes back to player 1 turns and recieves a pass from player2 and so on
- 30 seconds each player at high intensity
3x3 per player
HOW MANY PASSES CAN WE COMPLETE IN 30 secs
2ND SEQUENCE
- 1 ball per group (keep some close by just in case of stray passes
- Player 1 starts by passing into the middle player who passes back to him and moves to recieve off player 1 to pass the ball to the outside player who passes it back to player 1 on so on
3x45 secs per player
-Can we push hard through fatigue and keep up quility passing

SESSION
- 1 player in the middle with 3 other players on an outside cone and the rest with a ball on the starting cone
-Player A starts by passing the ball into player B who is trying to get a forward pass out to player C
Player A is looking to find space on the other side to get a forward pass back out to a free player on a cone
Each player follows their pass
Coaches comments
- can we communicate with each other to find a player in the middle facing forward
- can we keep the ball speed high while keeping it under control
-Do we need to go across before going forward(ie the player in the middle isn't in position

EXPLANATION
- Player B who is on the edge of the box sprints up to the middle cone and recieves the ball from either player A or C
_ Player B takes touch forward and passes into the patth of the overlapping fullback A or C
- Both player B and the opposite fullback recieve a cross and shoot at goal
-The player who doesnt get the shot away moves to the 9 position
- If Ethan saves the ball can he find the free defender that croosed the ball running back with either a throw or a kick

1- 3x80% run to the end cone and walk back down otherside
2- 3x 80% run to first cone shuffle back 3 paces and 8o% to the second cone and so on
3- 3x Run to the 1st cone open the gate (Follow the sequence on for each cone
4- 3x Run to the 1st cone close the gate( Follow the sequence on for each cone)
REST FOR 30 seconds
5- 3x30secs Static Plank
6-4x 10 Single leg Squats 2 on each leg
7-2x 10 Squats with toe raises
8- 2x 10 Vertical jumps from standing position
9- 2x10 Squat lunges walking across the pitch
30 SECONDS REST
10- Run across the pitch 80% x 2 sets
11- Running BOUNDING with high knees x 2 sets
12- Running PLANT AND CUT Accelerate 5-7 steps plant and change direction
