Setup:
Front 5 in pressing shape (7/11 back with midfielders)
Activity:
Move the ball around back 4 who are trying to pass into a cone - Defending team shifts to deny splits or passes down the line.
When defending team wins the ball, they are trying to find the #9 quickly to use "ladder" up the field. #9 drops to #8/10 to play diagonal to opposite #7/11. Finish.

Activity:
Coach calls an attacking number and that player dribbles back then forward and drives long ball into back 4.
Defenders read play by pushing up, then dropping back and dealing with long ball.
Progression:
