Set Piece 1

  • Player in front of 6 yard line play a 1-2 with corner taker
  • corner taker shoot/cross aim for 3rd man (green), position on the angle by the edge of the box/back post
  • Red (1st man) attack front post
  • White  (2nd man) Attack Penalty spot
  • Green (3rd man) Between Penalty spot and back post (target)
  • Blue (4th man) Back post
  • If done on opposite side move to the other side of the D
  • Player on 6 yard line move also

  • Player on 6 yard line- Pretend to go and receive, drawing the defender out for the 1st player in the line to attack the space
  • Red (1st man) Attack front post
  • White (2nd man) Attack Penalty spot
  • Green (3rd man) Between Penalty spot and back post (target)
  • Blue (4th man) Back post
  • If done on opposite side move to the other side of the D
