3 Teams of 4
1. Drill - ball is played to an end zone, and middle player will have a player to press (Positional Discipline). The players will press the player aggressively to try and win the ball, and the green will try and keep possession to break the line and get the ball to the opposite side (Whites).
2. 4v2 Rondo to play through - ball played into an end zone, and 1 player (Progression:2 players) will press and try and win the ball. The team in possession will try and make 5 passes, and when they do they can then try to break the line and pass the ball across to the opposite end zone. The 3 players in the middle will initally let the ball through to the end zone, Progression: Players can intercept the ball, but only switch with team that passed if they are in possession of the ball (testing touch, and ability to control the ball in tight area). If the player pressing wins the ball, another ball is played into the opposite end zone and the team that lost possession, swap with the team in the middle as the team pressing the ball.

Organisation
ATT Team - Blues - 2-2-1
DEF Team - Greens - 1-2-2-1
Scenario
Blues are playing a high press, with the 9 splitting the 2 CB's and once the ball is played, making a curved run to make sure the ball isn't played inside back to the GK, or to the other CB. The 2 CM's are tightly marking there opposites, with them on the inside so if they do turn, they will be playing into wide areas and shown to the wingers (if they were there - who would be man tight). By being on the inside, the CM's would both have a chance to nick it, by anticipating and stepping forward to intercept on the inside (as shown above). The CB's would be using the '1 Mark & 1 Sweep', in which one player will mark the No.9 tight, where the other will take a yard or 2 off them so if the ball goes over the top they can 'sweep' it up, and if the 9 beats his marker, there is cover. Also, if the CB stands the number 9 up he can press him into the other CB (away from goal - as shown above) in which there will be a defensive overload, hopefully ending in them winning the ball
Middle Goal - if Greens score get 1 Goal
Wide Goals - got to make 5 passes before you score in them. 2 Mannequins narrow the gap to hit the goal, making it harder to hit the target. This replicates a small gap to play a split pass in - count as 2 goals if successful
If the Blue team, score in the central goal they get 1 goal, but if they score within 5 seconds of winning the ball back they get 2. If the number 9 wins the ball within the final third and scores directly from said win, they also get 2 goals.

Organisation
ATT Team - Blues - 2-1-2
DEF Team - Greens - 1-2-1-2
Scenario
ATT Team have gone Man for Man with there block- meaning there is no free man to play through
Do the Greens play out from the back and risk it, but stay true to the DNA? Or do they play long to escape the immediate pressure?
Can the Blues/ATT Team win the ball back in the final third and score within 3/5/10 seconds?

Organisation
ATT Team - Blues - 2-1-1-1
DEF Team - Greens - 3-1-1
Scenario
Greens are setup in a defensive shape, with 3 at the back. With only one No.9, the blues have struggled to win the ball high. Now introducing a No.10, how can he team up with the No.9, to win the ball? Also, how can the blue CB's stop the ball hitting the No.9's feet, and how can the Blue CM stop the Green CM getting on the ball to make use of the numerical advantage?

(Penalties to finish if ends in draw)
