Practice 1 (10 mins)
Split gorup into two and the a furth two groups as shown in the diagram
Number all players
Coach shouts a number and both players run out around the poles and race to the ball the coach plays in
Competition: For every goal each team score they win a point for team to 10 wins

The player that does not win the ball first defends but can win ball back and attack the goal
