Exercise: 5v3 Transitional Rondo 

Duration: 15 minutes

Workload: W/R 1m/30s (3 min games 90s rest) 3 Games 

Conditioning Component: Transitions (Sprints into another box with ball) 

Objective: Introduction to positive possession/ combining forward

Example:

The red team will look to connect 4 passes before breaking the middle line and combining into another box to restart possession 

Each player will take turns defending in a game or two games

If Green wins the ball, Ball will be reset with the Red team 

Coaching Points:
1. passing

2. movement off/on the ball 

3. combinations

4. cues to progress forward
