Set Up
- x2 18 yard boxes narrowed off into diamond shape with triangle zone on each side.
- Full size goals on edge of box.
Organisaiton
- 2v2 on inside with 2 wingers as floaters.
- 5 goals if you score from winger cross first time, 1 from inside.
Coaching Points
Starting position - Slighty over to cover the shot or low cross.
Set or Claim - Away or Keepers.
Angle of aproach - Quickest line to the ball.
Recovery line - Centre of goal, stand tall, set position.
Communication - Loud, Clear and Concise

Server 1 sends high ball to work on catching technique. Upon catch GK sends ball into Target via throw.
Server 2 send ball in for goalkeeper to catch and roll into Target
Goalkeeper needs to get into set position with speed and recognise type of save or claim.
Coaching points
Starting position from s2 - Slightly over to side to cover a shot, 45' with hands slighly raised
Jumping technique - Leep with right knee up, catch up at highest point with W shape
Communication - Able to claim = Keepers Unable = Away
Distribution technique - GK Choice (Roll, overarm, sidewind)
Recognise save technique - Claim cross or Recovery Saves.

a) S1 & S2 from hands
b) S1 from hands & S2 from feet + S1 to attack rebounds (Blocks and smothers)
c) S1 from feet into GK to pass into Target into s2 who sets for Target to cross for S1 to attack
