The session covers how to set up to encourage situations for the team to improve with and certain solutions to practise, Good decision making while being aware of players positions and body shape to recognise the next step after winning the ball
First part is to allow the players to play to observe the players specifically within the topic and then the next 2 parts are to provide them with solutions

#8 intercepts and passes to #10 (this triggers the #7 to move)
#7 moves wider to create space
#9 create space for movement to run in behind or hold the ball up for runner beyond
#10 passes out to #7 due to him opening up the pitch

#10 intercepts the ball and passes short to the #8 (This triggers movement of the #11 to make a forward run as soon as the ball is won)
#8 passes first time into the channel that the RED #2 left
This movement should draw #4 across to stop the cross creating space in the box for a 3v2+GK ( #7,9,10 v #5 & 3)

SET UP
12x20 or to suit the ability - rondo 4v3 (give the blues plenty of practise, this can be adjusted to 5v3 to give abit more pressure or 4v2 and have the #10 outside of square finding lines of pass at all times ready for the transition to be played through the #10 as a focus player)
This session can be used anywhere on the pitch to assist with better transitions (If you have noticed during match days you need loose the ball and players dont react quick enough this could be useful aswell as getting your set up right to be able to deal with a quick counter attack in both phases ATT or DEF)
Encourage quick transition when winning the ball, be sure to focus on either ATT or DEF not both!!
The formations in this session is,
REDS - 1-4-3-3
BLUES - 1-4-2-3-1
Challenge the reds to re organise after loosing the ball but I will be working with the blues in this session so most of my coaching points will be for the blues.
Defenders get a point if they can get the ball back in the rondo zone again
Working hard within the rondo to look to score goals on the regain
Awarness
Positive movements - on and off the ball when team in possession
Quick passes (If you want to focus on a switch of play be sure to give that as a challenge, score from a switch of play = 2pts)
1st time finish
