Organization:
- Two teams of 10 players each with a 4 v 3 +GK start.
- Field size 46x44
- Full size goal & 2 x mini goals
Technical:
- Ball begins with GK who throws or kicks out the ball to any of the 3 opposition players.
- Opposition attack large goal.
- Defensive players accelerate out to close down the ball.
- Once attacking team advances ball, recovering defender can be added to play 3v3.
- Defensive team score via counter goals
