- Add a football to take around the pole and leave it back in the same position, adding different ways to take it around, i.e rolling & meeting

Session Topic: Reactional Activation
- One group of players to start off with the ball and a group to start without, rotating each time they finish.
- Both players come into the middle a couple of yards away from the mannequin.
- On the coach's command/ whistle, the coach either gives an instruction for which coloured cone or the player without the ball chooses which cone to go to.
- On the trigger, the defender without the ball touches that cone, at the same time, the attacker is to dribble outside of the opposite cone and make it through the gate that they are facing without being tackled.
- If the defender wins the ball, they aim to go through the opposite gate, without touching any equipment, play is to go on until a chosen time limit.
Progression
- The trigger to get in position is now when the ball is out of play, the time has been reached or a point has been awarded.
- The choice of the cone is completely up to the player defending, as well as when to go to that cone.

- Start with 1v1, the player passing presses the player that receives, and the player chooses which goal to pass/ dribble into.
- Once received, the attacker must choose a direction to go in to score in the mini-goals, one out of four.
- They have a number of seconds from the pass to score, the coach's choice, only from outside of the middle area.
- If the two defenders win possession, they aim to go in the two opposite goals, but the attacker can win the ball back and attempt to dribble past and score.
- Rotate positions each attempt, with others waiting to replace the attacker, with the current defenders moving on.

- Once a player has given the player in front the ball over their head, they run to the front.
- This process carries on until they have all passed the finishing point.
- To begin with, the players start standing and progress onto sitting down.
