Organization:
12 players, 2 teams of 6 set up as shown
Instructions:
- central players look to combine with their teammates on the perimeter
- every time a target player on the outside receives a pass, that team scores one point
- players are allowed to score multiple points in a row at the same target
- defending team attempts to win possession of the ball and combine with their own targets
- each round played to 'x' amount of points (suggested 10 or 15)
- rotate new players into the middle for each new round
Coaching Points:
- angle and distance of support
- timing of movment away from the ball
- weight and accuracy of pass
- technique to receive
- ability to draw defenders in with short passes, then play out of pressure

Organization:
3 teams of 4, set up as shown, 1 team playing as targets for both teams
Instructions:
4v4 to goal
- 1 pt for a goal scored
- 3 pts for a goal scored off of an assist from a target
- each game to 'x' amount of time (i.e. 3 minute or 5 minute games)
- rotate target players with one of the teams on the field each game

Dynamic Warm Up (10 mins)
Organization:
2 groups of 6 or 7 set up as shown, with each group split in to two lines facing each other approximately 12 to 15 yds away
Instructions:
players will either dribble across the area to give the ball to the next player in the other line, or pass across the area to the next player (each example is shown)
once the first player has played the ball to the next player in the opposite line (by dribbling or passing) he runs out to the 3 cones on the side of the area and side-shuffles to slalom through the cones,
once through the 3 cones the player will perform the dynamic movment (i.e. knees up, skips, etc.) to the next cone then get back in the nearest line
the next receiving player waits until the ball reaches him, then repeats in the opposite direction

quality of dribble, or touch and pass
quality of execution of dynamic movement
posture and balance when performing dynamic movement
