Organization:
25 yards by 25 yards 3 teams of 5 v 5/ 6v6 /7v7, or can go 2 teams vs one team. Attacking team is looking to keep possession, make 10 passes switch point of attack. Defending team looking to stay compact and press as a unit to win back possession and look to score in one of the four Targets.
Key Factors:
Width and mobility / Creation of space - movement into space with different types of runs / Timing of interchange / Playing the way you are facing / Playing away from pressure
Progressions:
Limit touches on ball / Create 3rd man running opportunities / Switch player in corner - allowing them to come into play.

Organization:
two teams of 5v5, Full half of indoor field. Keeper to serve balls to defenders. Defenders are looking to break through the press and score on GK. Pressing team is looking to press and take space in the oppositions defensive end. Looking to delay the build up. Once attacking team win possession, they are looking to score on GK.
Zones:1-4
Load: 15 min then switch teams
Passing Sequences:
1) GK Skip - MF bounce - Weakside escape
GK - LB, LB - LMF, LMF to RB, RB - RM/ST
2) GK → CB → Pivot Turn → Slip
One midfielder (pivot) stays central. Other midfielder drifts wide to create a channel. ST stays high to pin a defender.
GK - LB, RMF drops diagonally into the back line to form back 3, LB - RMF, RMF - LMF/CDM, LMF/CDM - ST
