Shot Stopping

Explanation

GK starts practices by Collapsing to their left and recovering to a set position. Ball is struck for reflex save to GK right hand side. As this happens the player with the blow up mannequin(red) moves the mannequin into the gk eye line.

After the intial save the ball is played into the angled position to create angled shot stopping/1v1 with the goalkeeper

Crossing/Distribution

Explanation

Phase 1-Yellow

Ball starts with coach for back pass into GK, GK looks to play a clipped pass into the GK replicating a pass into the 9. GK takes a cross and distributes into the FB who turns and plays a backpass to the original gk. 

Phase 2-Black

The GK that receives the cross remains in a position to receive between replicating 6. GK in BP plays into the 6.Ball is played into the wide area for cross

FB/Coach join in as attacking players 

Progression

-Coach holds bib in left or right hand indicating whether to play through the twin 9s or around to coach. Who play into the wide area

-FB becomes attacking player on receiving from central GK. ball is struck at M3rd then rolled back to FB for bounce pass to continue as above
