2 zones
- Pitch split into 2 small zones- again the zones are small to really make players think about their touches keeping that ball close.
- On whistle players look to switch zone.
this will force some semi opposed traffic-
KEY:
Players will need to make sure they have looked up for spaces and to also see where the other team are going to dribble!
Things to think about:
- When do i look up?
-What is my speed like?
-How heavy will my touches be?
-Progression
-add cones as obsicles in zone
-Time limits to transfer to next zone
Challenge:
-Which team can get all their team mates into the next zone first- keeping the ball inside the zone
