Small Games (40 mins)
STATION A
- Purpose: To build confidence playing out from the back.
- 5 v 2 + Goal Keeper
- Blue teams objective is to complete 10 passes in a row. this equals a goal.
- If yellow team intercepts the ball they may choose to take a shot at goal.
- Switch after every 3-5 minutes
STATION B
- Purpose: To punish teams on the counter-attack
- 3 v 3
- Teams objective is to score a goal.
- Player who scores goal must run around cone located behind goal.
- Opposition team can continue to play on while scoring team only has 2 players in square.
- This activitiy may be physically taxing for players, so if need be take a short 2 minute break if players are exhausted.

Passing Practice (15 mins)
- Blue and Yellow players must pass to eachothers respective teams. Once you have made a pass, you move to find a spare cone to run to (Blue team is on red cones, Yellow team is on yellow cones).
- Red players stay outside box but pass to each other across the busy space.
