Session Objective: Develop quick play in final third
Organisation:Teams as shown.Ball fed by server into any player central area.players have to combine to score.goal can only be scored by player on second touch,thereby encouraging first touch to create space and then sharp finish.As soon as ball enters net or goes out,server serves to other team .

Session Objective:To improve finishing
Organisation:
5 v 5 with two players either side of goal.Play ball in to receive one touch return pass and finish one-touch.
As in A ,play off 3 or 4.Pass can come back to any player.
Develop as in B;2 plays to 1 who plays ball back to 2 and moves wide and receive next pass off 2 and plays first time into box for other player.2 then takes 1s place.

In box A working individually.Moving ball with various parts of foot,both feet ,changing direction.Practice of specific turns;drag back,inside hook,outside hook,Cruyff.Then various combinations of turns in specified order then each player makes own five turn pattern to demonstrate to others.order.Add step overs in between turns.Then free movement with ball closing on another player then turning away
In Box B.Players move across but now work in pairs.receiving and going away and executing turns before passing back.Rotate players so they all work with each other.
