Organization:
Four lines of offensive players (red) start at the midfield facing goal. Separated by position. Players who play on the outside on the outside lines. Players who play in the middle in the two middle lines. There are two defenders (blue) who will stand in the 18 yard box. One goal keeper (green) There is a cone placed on the right side in between the sideline and 18 yard box.
Rules/Movements: Reference numbers on image to following numbers below.
1) One player (red) will dribble fast up the left side toward the outside of cone.
2) One player (red) from remaining 3 lines will sprint toward goal (give a 3 second delay for the dribbler before the 3 players make take off on their sprint toward goal.
3) Dribbling player passes the left side of cone and passes/crosses the ball to one of the three reds in the middle who are making their sprint toward goal.
4) First red to gain contact with the ball goes for goal in shot attempt.
5) Players (blue) and keeper (green) are to try block shot from players(red) in the middle.
Progression:
1)Shooter may use as many touches as necessary before shot.
2)Shooter can only take max 3 touches before shot.
3)Shooter can only take max 3 touches before shot.
4)Shooter can only shoot 1 touch.
Coaching Points:
1)Stress that all players (red) need to be dribbling and running at 100% for every rep.
2)Players (blue) need to position their body between the ball and the goal before shot is taken.
3) Goalie needs to position body between ball and the goal, closing down as much angle as possible.

Organization:
Four lines of offensive players (red) start at the midfield facing goal. Separated by position. Players who play on the outside on the outside lines. Players who play in the middle in the two middle lines. The outside line will start with balls. There are 6 human props placed in a 4,2 formation 4 back line props being place 4 yards in front of the 18 yard box. the 2 remaining props placed 5 to 7 yards in front of the back four. There is goalie (green) in the goal box. A coach or official (black) is parallel to the back four near the sideline to check for offsides.
Rules:
Players (red) are to pass to each player from each line. Each player from each line needs to touch the ball at least once and a ball needs to be played through the back 4 before props before a shot attempt can be made. Players are to play the ball as fast as possible without sacrificing control. Players are to make sure they are on side when the pass through the back four is made.
Progression:
1) Player (red) can use as many touches before passing
2) Player can only have 3 touches per possession.
3) Player can only have 2 touches per possession.
4) player can only have 1 touch per possession.
Coaching Points:
1)Make sure we moving fast but in control.
2)Make sure passes are crisp and on point.
3)Make sure you are onside before receiving pass through the back 4 of props.
4)Make sure you pick your head up and look to see where your teammates are before receiving or passing the ball.
5) Make sure you use situational awareness and do not run into props.
6)Goalie(green) Position yourself as best you can between the ball and the goal and block off angle. Come out and get ball if bad through ball pass is made.

There is a coach or official standing near the sideline parallel to the last defender (blue) to call offsides. Goalie (green) in the center of the goal in the 18 yard box.

1)Players (red) play the ball from the midfield. movement heading toward goal at high speed but in control.
2) When players (red) reach players (blue), players (red) are going to try to get pass players (blue). Players (blue) are going to try steal possession from players (red).
3) When players (red) pass players blue given they are onside, they will try to make an attempt on goal.
Progression:
1)Players (red) may play the ball by any means necessary with being onside before taking attempting to score.
2)Players (red) all have to touch the ball at least once before attempting to score per possession.
3)Players (red) need to make a pass (through ball) behind the last man (player blue) and be onside before attempting to score.
Coaching Points:
1)Players (red) make sure we are moving fast but in control.

Small goals are placed on the midfield line in between the side line and center circle. 1 coach or official standing near the sideline parallel to the last defender (blue) to call offsides. 1 Goalie (green) in the goal box.

Players (blue) are trying to steal the ball from players (red) and trying to score in one of the two small goals on the midfield line. Players (red) must be onside in order to score a goal.
