Practice Layout structure Homework
Across this Technical and Skill Practice I must look to includethe 5 different types of Interventions we have learned during my lectures
1. Stopping the whole practice to support an Individual. (Technical)
2. Stop just one group within the practice whilst the other groupremains active. (Skill)
3. Speak to a player away from the practice (Technical orSkill)
4. Speak to a player in between practices during transition.(Between Technique & Skill)
5. Speak to a player at the end of the practice (End of Skill)
My Practice Layout -
The Practice will require 12 players from start tofinish, positioned within a square as is highlight on the diagram within the opening practice.
1. A Large, White coned area 36m x 25m
2. Opposite corners containing 2 Squares, 12x12m in dimensions. (As indicated on the diagram)
3. Players will start within central strip for their Technical Practice (highlighted zone) with 6 players in one color vest and 6 within another.
4. Extra soccer balls available located around groups.

Dribbling (Creating Superiority/ Final Third)Skill Practice - 20 min
Organization
Same as the previous one
Functional Details
Dribbling (Creating Superiority / Final Third)Skill Practice , Coach will immediately begin andre-organize players following a quick transition into the diagram highlighted on screen, utilizing the two corner areas, with themiddle cones (previously used for the technical practice) nowutilized with spare equipment and a coaching position for coaching. The practice will be 6 players in each of the corner 12x12m boxes, standing on the singular cones facing one another (3 Red's & 3 Blues's)1. One team (with soccer balls) will act as Defenders for 3 blocks of 5 balls (then rotate roles) the other team as Attackers.
2. (Red's pass the ball to Blue's) to score a Blue team player must dribblethe ball through one of the two gates positioned in the corner oftheir group.
3. Once the red's have passed the ball, they shadow the Blue as pretending to take the ball.
Coaching Points - I will be Look to continue to build my key points into the practice, when I stop the practice to progress / develop itfurther.
Progression ( Rotate the defender after 3 blocks of 5 balls)
. Attacker can be challenge!
If Defender wins the ball back it is now their challenge to dribble the ball through one of the corner gates and theattacker becomes the defender.
3.Adding Competition, 90-seconds each, Who can score the most points: (1) point if you dribble the ball through the gate (2) points if youtackle the player then dribble the ball through one of the Gates

Skill (2) More challenging
The final progression in the skill practice is taking the individual1v1 into further opposed practices and a target. The two centralgates will remain (as on the diagram) to highlight transition, and a playerfrom each side will go into goal, as-well as a defender within the(now) end zone.
Rotate players roles throughout after every 3 blocks of 5 balls.
1. Defenders (red) to pass the ball across to the attackers (dribbleinitial 3-5m to reduce pass).
2. Attacker once again looks to break out of the zone using one ofthe gates.
3. Once through the gate, Attacker now goes 1v1 with the defenderawaiting in the end zone and looks to score in the goal.
(The defender can't move from his starting point until attacker breaksthrough gate and into the end zone)

DRIBBLING TO CREATE SUPERIORITY AT THE FINAL THIRD - WARM UP TECHNICAL UNOPPOSED - 5 MIN
Organization
12 players, soccer balls, color vests, cones
LAYOUT
35 yrds x 25 yrds as the diagram above
FUNCTIONAL STRUCTURE
Topic: Dribling (Creating superiority / Final Third)Technical Practice1.
Players to move their balls (one each) around the 25x12m Area.2. Players then dribble around the box only using a surface of thefoot the tutor has instructed, this can be with their right foot or Leftfoot, (Inside, Outside and Sole)
Progression(s)- On the coaches command players to swap soccer balls so the BLUE stop their balls and so do the reds, Players then look to get backon another ball quickly and continue their actions.- Within the final element of the progression add centralgates down within the square(s) and challenge players to movetheir balls through the gates. (add competition)WHY - The IDEA of this final progression is to show how we can start to apply pressureupon a Technique,
