Set Up
Area 25x53 yards (Area is split into two 25 yard areas with a 3 yard buffer).
Time
3x4 Mins 1 minute rest
Rules and Conditions
2 Teams. Each team gets one half of the area. When the team is in possession of the ball one of the opposition players has to try and win the ball. Every 4 passes, a new defender joins the half, increasing the number of defenders by 1. When the defending players win the ball, they have to switch the ball over to their own half, to begin their own passing sequence.

Rules and Conditions
5v5+4N. Two neutrals in a half each. On each side, one neutral is a target player thet play on the outside of the 'goal line'. Players are to move the ball into a 'link up' neutral player, who then must play into a forward runner who plays into the target for a point. The game then changes to the new half. When defenders win the ball they have to try and transition to the new area.

Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
