Rules of the game:
1) The teams score by successfully passing the ball to their target player in the end zone
2) The target player must successfully control the ball for a point to be scored
3) Once a point is scored; the target player plays the ball back out to opposite team
4)Target players must stay in the end zone and defenders are not allowed in the end zone
5) if ball goes out, restart play with a kick in
Coaching Points:
1) Create space to receive the ball
2) Get your head up, attempt to play forward when possible
3) Type and weight of pass
Variation/Limitations: Limit number of touches, set a specific number of passes to be completed before pass into target player or increase the target area.

Offensive Team (Defense) Focus on Pressing - Striker presses, strong side wing marks, weak side wing tucks in, 10 steps up and one of base midfielders steps. Whole team moves towards the ball to pressure as far away from goal as possible.
Defensive Team (Offense) Focus on Playing Out From the Back - starting positions, timing/ angle of movement and runs (identify space), creating a numerical advantage, movement of players to create space, visual cues from players/communication. Quick/Short passes, Change of speed & direction to catch opposition off-balance, Backwards & sideways options at all times (diamond). Look for gaps in between lines
Ball resets with GK everytime, if they win, they score. D team attempts to play out and score on gates.

3. Low Dive Side Save - Collapsing Dive (left then right)
4. High Jump Save

Proper Technique
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
The goalkeeper starts by doing fast feet through the cones. Once he reaches the end of the cones the coach will then volley/throw the ball head height forcing the keeper into a catch. Keeper will then return the ball and the coach will then perform a shot on the ground to the right forcing the keeper to dive and make the save to his left. Keeper will then sprint to the goal where the coach will strike the ball forcing another diving save. After the 3 saves the goalkeeper can rest.
After all balls are used repeat on opposite side.
Focus:
- Attempt to stop all shots
- Have feet set before shot
- Hands in the 'ready' position
- All shots away from body
- Movement of feet
