The goal is to improve the attacking from wide areas by narrowing the attacker to 4 choices. A) cutting in and and shooting B) pushing the ball past the defender, and crossing the ball into the box C) Wipping in a diagnal ball D) playing a combination to break free, and wipping in a cross.
By limmiting choices I am attempting to improve the speed of the attack, fluidity of attacking movement off the ball, and a better understanding of the teams attacking tactics.

Organization: 2 goals a little over half of field (Depending on numbers), 2 cones 20 yards away from each of the goals (4 cones total).
Instructions: A) Players use a skill, push the ball to the inside, and shoot. B) Players use a skill to get to the outside attacking areas, push the ball forward (past an opponent), and serve a cross. C) Players use a skill to get to the outside, then quickley serve a diagnal ball in for an incoming teammate. D) Players use the opposing line for a give n go, then serve a ball in from the wide area. After A all phases use 1 player from each starting point (2 total players)
Coaching Points: A) Shooting technique B) Pushing the ball past a defender, crossing from wide areas on the ground C) Diagnal crossing from wide areas, Finishing in the air D) Combination of all above coachig points, and the addition of the weight of a pass in combination play.

Organization: one half of the field, 2 goals, 2 teams
Instructions: Teams play 6v5, with the remainig players awaiting their turn behid the goal they are defending with a ball at their feet. When a ball goes out of play a new defending (blue) player dribbles the ball in to restart the play, and a player from the previously defending team (white) creating a new 6v5 for the blue team. Rotation - Player who has been on the field the longest goes off the field.

Instructions: play normal game, all fifa rules apply
Coaching Points: cue to take defender on - if attacker isolates a defender 1v1 in the wide area
cue to send in a cross/diagnal - if there is a payer in the box / and the defender has cover

Technique / Calisthenics (5 mins)
Organization: 4 staging cones starting 10y apart where initial lines begin. 4 cones are placed in 1 yard incraments for calisthenics followed by a yellow cone 5 yards away from the last blue/red cone
Instructions: Players pass the ball, then make their way through the cones performing calisthenics, then jog around the yellow cone before going back to the opposite side where the player then begins the cycle again.
Coaching Points: Passing technique (heal down, toe up), Passing rhythm (eyes on the ball, delay run coming back to ensure you are in the right place at the right time.
