Organization:
- Pinnies for half of the players
- 8 cones; 4 per playing area
- Split court into two halves with half of the players in one
- Defenders on one side and attackers on the other side
Instructions:
- Player A passes out to Player B, creating a 1v1 situation. Must dribble and score at any of the 3 cones ahead.
Progressions:
- must perform 2 change of direction moves before scoring
Coaching Points:
- Good weighted pass that is accurate
- On balls of feet before pass is made and check in to receive ball with a good first touch
- Dribble at defender with speed and don't stop in front of defender
- Quick changes of direction and accelerate away from defender

Organization:
- Use full court
- Divide in 2 teams with Pinnies for one team
- 10 cones in one colour; 10 cones in second colour
- Set 3 players from each team in goals in a V formation
Instructions:
- Each team has 3 goals with a player in each and players can score by dribbling into goal zone or passing into goal zone, where waiting player receives and dribbles or passes ball out. Player who dribbles or passes into goal, must take the place of player who receives ball and dribbles out of goal.
- Teams count score each time they pass or dribble into a goal of their own
Coaching Points:
- Good first touch and ball control
- Adjust body to receive, open up
- Scan for space and run away from pressure with quick turns and accelleration
- Decision making (when to dribble or pass)
- Communication (verbal and non-verbal)

- One ball per player
Instructions:
- Players dribble to centre cone and then execute a skill to change direction
- Skills include
1. side step
2. step over
3. outside turn
- Work on left foot side step and outside turn
Coaching Points:
- Touch step dribble with ball close
- Bend back, bend knees when executing move and skill, lower centre of gravity
- Use body movement to confuse opponent, shoulder drop
