Organization: Same as Before
Instructions:
This time, 3 attackers break forward, and depending which way the defenders slide, the opposite midfielder does a recovery run, to offer cover and balance. Creating a 3v3.
If defenders win the ball, they can score in the opposite small goal from where support came from.
Coaching Points:
Roles of first defender (Pressure or delay)
Role of 2nd defender = Cover 1st defender
Angle of support ( Make sure that you are able to stop penetrative pass/shot)
Distance of Support (Within distance to intercept if 1st defender beaten)
Open body shape, allowing you to see both attackers.
Communication
Quick transistion from 2nd to 1st defender or vice versa
Transition to attack once in possession.

Organization:
Focus Team : 2-3-1 Attacking Team 2-3-1
Instructions:
7v7 2 zones.
Def Zone: 2 Mid Att can join, and one def Mid making 3v3. The defending player is determind by which half the ball goes into. Can dribble in or pass into the striker.
Mid/Attack Zone: Always 4v5.
Ball alway starts with GoalKeeper A.
Players are still allowed to run through.
Coaching Points:
Coach what you see.
Pressure, cover, balance.
Lack of depth.
Stop the breach.
Bedding Down
Organization: Area dependant on size of players, roughly half or 2/3 of field.
Small Gate halfway down field.
2 Mini Goals at sides.
Attacking players rotate with partner every shot. Defenders and target players remain same as they are the focus.
Instructions:
Middle Attacker drives forward with the ball turns and plays one of the wider players, they then play 2v2 against the defenders. Defenders must move in relation to the ball to offer pressure cover balance.
If defenders win the ball, they can score in the small goals.

Progressions:
- Any one of the 3 attackers can start with the ball by dribbling out and turning. Defenders must adjust position based on where the ball starts.
