35v35 area around the centre sircle is set up. 3 v 3 with a attack neutral player inside area, with a server/receiver either end.
Server starts game by playing the ball to either team in the middle. Aim is to keep possession of the ball away form defencive team. Attack team can use neutral player and either outside player. If attack team lose ball they become defenders. yellow team swap with a team in the middle teams after 2 mins. ( Yellow vs Reds). Game continues.
Progssession 1.
Add a points system. If a team can transfer ball from one end to other they gain 1 point. Loosing team after 2 mins go to the outside.
Progression 2.
Transition. If attack team (red) lose possession (blue) they swap places with outside player's (yellow). Yellow team them become defenders.
Game continues
