Warm up
Phase 2- Agility
Set up 10 cones in a U shape. Use three different color cones when doing this.
4-5 players per line
Players start at the right of the cones and go through agility exercises, after they finish the agility cones, they sprint 10 yards diagonally to the gate in-front of them.
-Two feet over each cone laterally/Side Shuffle through each cone vertically
-Two feet in, two feet out- one foot at a time laterally/Two feet over each cone, one foot at a time vertically

Set Up:
Groups of three
One player working in the middle, two on the outside
Instructions:
Player in the middle works for one minute, receives the ball from one outside player and transfers the ball to the opposite player. High repetition, no pressure. Working on the action of opening your hips to play forwards.
Each player will work three times in the middle.
CP's
Communication- Verbal/non verbal
Supporting angles, create an angle before you receive a pass
Open body shape to see the player with the ball and player without the ball
Receive on back foot- pass with opposite foot
Positive first touch
Quality pass-firm no bounce
Message in the pass-play to correct foot
Progression:
Middle player now has to check their shoulder as the ball travels towards them
Player must counter their movement before receiving a pass
Competition:
Players will be competing against each other in their groups, every time you can transfer a ball from one outside player to another, you get a point. Most points wins.

-Small arm circles, forwards and backwards x1
-Big arm circles, forwards and back wards x1
-Twist from the hips with a skip x1
-Butt kicks x1
-Butt kicks quicker x1
-High knees x1
-Low knee quick feet
-Open the gate(groin&glutes) x1
-Close the gate(groin&glutes) x1
- Karaoke twisting from the hips
-Side shuffle facing inside
-Side shuffle facing outside
-Leg swings, kick straight out
-Kick outside
-kick across your body
- Kick straight back
-4 jumping headers on your own time
-Finish with two sprints 90%
