Activity:
Set 1-GK moves into line with server 1 for a volley, Gk then moves along to server 2 and 3
Set 2- GK spins off post to server 3 for half-volley and then goes to servers 2 and 1
Set 3- GK takes two step movement back to goal for strike from server 3, then 2, then 1
Complete 9-12 reps of each from both sides
Coaching Points:
-Speed of movements- Match tempo
-Set position and position in goal
-Correct catching technique
-Footwork speed / technique

-Volley from server 1
-Then low dive server 2

-GK starts in crossing position and drops back for a half-volley from middle server
-GK then moves out to angle for a strike from floor
-Two reps each side
2nd set- Servers on the angle now move around the arc

-Handling/shot-stopping technique
-Positioning in the goal
-Movement into line for angle shots
-Reaction to parry's/loose balls
