4v4v4 Pressing/Switch Rondo (15 mins)
Description: 3 x teams of 4. Team in middle zone presses in to area and looks to win the ball back and score into mini-goals, or get ball back into middle zone to a teammate. Team in possession looks to get 6 passes and then switch to opposition team below head height. Pass count continues if team in possession wins it back within 3 passes or before ball leaves area. 2 x GKs act as end players.
Timings: 6 x 3 mins
Progressions:
A = 3rd player enters zone on 4th pass
B = Remaining pressing team players can now screen pass across
C = If pressing team wins it and scores in mini-goals, they get out of pressing, and team who has lost in now become pressing team

Game: 4v4+4 - Diamond Pitch (25 mins)
Description: 4v4 game with 4 off - diamond pitch game. Defending team look to force into wedges, if ball goes into these areas the ball is out and restarts at the opposition GK. Two mins or two goals and off, team in possession when 2 mins up stays on if draw.
Progression: Wedges stay in but play can now go there, just for reference.

Coach always serves when ball goes out so the ball is always in play to increase intensity. Score you keep it but scoring team must sprint back to their own goal before being served the ball. Team entering pitch always starts.
